What is lean manufacturing?

Lean manufacturing is a method of minimizing waste that occurs in our manufacturing system without affecting productivity.  it might be a waste process, waste work, waste activity, anything which is nonessential for our process or anything which will not add any value to our manufacturing activity ( Lean manufacturing ek aise process hai jis ka use karke ham bematlab ki process ya bematlab Is kaam kam karskte hai Bina hamare productivity ko disturb kiye. )

    Lean manufacturing is concept of resoving process lagging issues with respect to time, money, value. Inshort removing all unnecessary activities from process i.e if any activity remove from process it does not affect our process but save some money,time etc...
