In any of the company sectors there must be a specified process like first raw material gets in then it supplies to production for production purposes by store, a Quality person does the quality of those produced products as per his criteria of checking and sort out ok and not ok parts. Ok parts get forwarded ahead and not ok gets arrested. This all goes on daily and at the month end of each day end quality person or Quality, the department has to submit its PPM (per part million) report. For that purpose, these tools play a major role. These 7 quality tools are useful in maintaining records of all defects, controlling those defects by continuously making focus over it, we can change process flow of checking so no defects got neglected and for problem-solving also for any defects.
The 7 QC Tools are as below

  2. Control chart
  3. Histogram
  4. Scatter diagram
  5. Pareto chart
  6. Fishbone diagram
  7. Flow chart
