SPOT WELDING DEFECT FTA We all mechanical/automobiles/ production engineers must be aware of welding processes. The welding process is a process of joining two metal parts due to fusion created at their joining area because of high current/voltage applied at electrode wire. If we want proper, aesthetic, and functional wise well welding then it needs voltage-current ration in define and set rate. Electrode force should be as per define and set amount. Air pressure should also be in a defined quantity. Cooling water used is also properly flowed over the cycle in the system.
